Player Card Process- 2025/2026

Player Cards are required beginning in Fall 2025 for all registered players wishing to participate in league games at SCCYSA.  Game card discrepancies related to jersey numbers not matching or possible unregistered players showing up for games led to SCCYSA requesting the creation of a recreational player card process typically only allowed at the competitive level in Missouri.  Fortunately our request was granted with the help of MYSA and GotSport Staff so that Recreational Rosters and Player Cards are once again available for internal league use.

*Player Cards are valid for the entire seasonal year. (Fall 2025 and Spring 2026)
You only need to submit for this one time during either the Fall 2025 or Spring 2026 season, whichever season that you play in first.

To receive a Player Card for the league play, please follow the steps below.

1. Register your player in GotSport; you must upload a current picture.

2. Select the card option you prefer.

3. Complete checkout choosing either credit card or check payment option. (Third party merchant fees apply for credit card transactions)

4. If you select the 1 card option, you do not need to do anything further. Your coach will pick up your card and keep it for the season.

5. If you select the 2 or 3 card option, Step 4 still applies but you will be contacted by the SCCYSA Office when the extra card(s) are available for pick-up. 

Volunteers should be available in the SCCYSA Office during the week leading up to Opening Weekend to allow the office to be open for evening hours.  Please hold all contact regarding these hours as well as updates on when your card will become available; all communications of this nature severely delay the staff’s availability to process these cards quickly as well as to notify families if there are any issues preventing card completion.  Thank you for your help adhering to this request!
